Who are we?
I'm Stéphane, quality and guest experience driven, graduated with CAP/BEP cuisine and BTH/BTS Hospitality Management, my 35 years of career have taken me on the QE2, London, Paris, Tokyo, Barcelona, Singapore, Seychelles, Mauritius, Equatorial Guinea, Jordan and Nice. During these years, my different management positions, I developed myself to be engaged by sharing knowledge to build winning teams

Before hands, we will monitor and collect the guest's feedback over the past 4 weeks from different social media, to help understanding the perception and identifying the areas of concerns before the actual visit.
We will not just audit the quality and guest experience provided and send you a report days later, but share the report at the end of the audit with all of the HODs, analyse it and find solutions together. Once agreed, these measures will be implement once again together with our support which will include all necessary training and training material of all the teams, straight after the brainstorming.
It gives you the assurance that the report has been taken into account, action plans have been drawn with all HODs engagement in the process, not only in finding solutions but accepting them as new standards to improve the operation. Team will receive the training to lead to a successful deep-dive of your operation.
We will also include a counter visit a few weeks later to make sure measures have been successfully adopted by the team and weaknesses corrected.
